The existing property includes a Georgian property constructed in the 1800’s and considered to be a Non-Designated Heritage Asset by the Local Authority. The property was last used as a care facility and fell in to dilapidation and became no longer viable. 

The proposed design includes careful internal re-configurations and an extension to achieve a viable number of assisted living accommodation flats. Accommodation achieves a mix of one and two bed flats. The property benefits from an attractive open frontage enhancing the character of locality, parking for all units and communal gardens to the rear.
